Who publishes this site, who hosts it, and what happens to a message you send through the contact form.

Contact form data
The contact form, and the feature ideas form on the RPG site's page, are the only places where this site collects personal data. Both are handled the same way. CodeWave Consulting is the data controller.
- What is collected
- Your name, your email address, the project type you choose (on the contact form) and your message.
- Why
- Only to read your request and reply to you. No newsletter, no resale, no profiling.
- Legal basis
- The steps taken at your request before a possible contract, and the legitimate interest in answering messages.
- Who receives it
- CodeWave Consulting. The message passes through two service providers: Vercel, which hosts the site, and Resend, which delivers the email. The abuse-limit fingerprint is stored with Upstash. All three are companies based in the United States.
- How long
- Messages are deleted 12 months after the last exchange. To limit abuse of the form, a scrambled fingerprint of your IP address (a hash that cannot be turned back into the address) is kept for up to two days after a message, then deleted automatically.
- Your rights
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use.
To use these rights, write to contact@codewave-consulting.fr or through the contact form. If you think your rights are not respected, you can file a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Cookies and trackers
This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. Two things are stored in your browser, and neither is ever sent to the site: your light or dark theme choice, and the time at which the contact form unlocks after a message, kept to prevent double sends. Fonts are served from this site, so loading a page contacts no third party.
Intellectual property
The texts, visuals, logo and code of this site belong to CodeWave Consulting unless stated otherwise. The names and logos of clients and third-party products belong to their owners.
